Having Trouble Viewing The Video?

1) If the video doesn't show at all: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player installed on your computer. Flash Player is a bit of free software and pre-installed on most computers but it often needs updating. Get the latest version here

2) If the video stops and starts: This is down to a slow Internet connection (or lots of people using the Internet in your area at that time). Select the "Low Defintion" option beneath the video player, which will load much faster than the "High Definition" version. You might also want to pause the video for a few minutes, letting it pre-load before pressing play.

3) Still having problems? RIGHT CLICK on the link directly beneath the video to download it. It may take a bit of time to download if your Internet is running slowly, but once downloaded you can watch it back anytime - regardless of your Internet's speed.
